How do I recharge my prepaid plan?

You can choose one of the following options to recharge your plan:

Auto-recharge: your plan will recharge automatically if you’ve linked it to a credit/debit card, or PayPal and auto-recharge is turned on. We will process the payment using your authorised payment method and renew your chosen plan on the day it expires. Your service will be automatically recharged on that same day.
Online: via the Lyca Mobile AU app or your MyLyca Account portal.
Offline: Get a physical Lyca Mobile voucher at your nearest store.
SMS: text the unique bundle code below using your PAYG credit balance to recharge your chosen Lyca Mobile plan:

How do I top-up my Lyca Mobile voucher?

To top-up your Lyca Mobile voucher, text “topup PIN” to 3535 (example send: “topup 215221522152” to 3535)

Do plans have expiry dates?
Most of our plans expire after 28 days. The length of a respective plan will be written alongside it.

Can my plan allowance be carried over after my plan expires?
Your plan allowance lasts only for the duration of the plan.

I've used my plan's allowance before it's expired. Can I activate the same plan straight away?
Currently, you can only activate a specific plan once before its expiry date.

I've activated the wrong plan, can I change this?
Once a plan has been activated it cannot be refunded. If you need to help changing your plan or discussing a payment issue, please contact our customer service team.

Where do I find plan details?
You can view plan details on our website. Visit the Plans page and select the plan you’re interested in for more details.

Why has the plan I've been using now changed?
To make sure we’re always offering the best value, we update our plans to respond to changes in the market.
If you can’t find one that suits you on our website, our customer service team will be happy to suggest one of our great value plans.

Can I make sure my balance automatically recharges when it gets too low?
After you’ve recharged with your bank card, you’ll have the option to turn on Auto-recharge. You can choose the frequency and amount of these auto-recharges. To do this, sign in to your My Lyca Mobile account and visit www.lycamobile.com.au

How do I recharge using a credit or debit card?
You can use your bank card to recharge online, or by dialling 122 from your Lyca SIM.
