3. Can I keep my current number when I switch?
Yes. You can transfer your number online through the 'Transfer your number' section of the Help Centre. If you're a prepaid customer, have the date of birth registered with your previous network on hand. If you're switching from a postpaid plan, you'll need your account number from your current provider.
4. eSIM or physical SIM - how do I get started?
You can choose either option. eSIM offers instant activation , simply scan the QR code after purchase and you're connected, with no waiting for delivery. This is ideal for travellers, students, and new arrivals who need to get online right away. A physical SIM is also available if you prefer.
